Healthy Breakfast Shake
Combine the following ingredients into a blender:
- 1 cup Rice or Soy Milk
- 1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete
- 1 Tablespoon Brewer's yeast
- 1 Tablespoon Golden organic Flax seeds
(grind them in a grinder or high powered blender)
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups frozen berries
- 1/2 cup water
Note:
- Brewer's Yeast is one of the best sources of
B complex vitamins (great for stress).
Ensure you use Brewer's Yeast (not Nutritional Yeast)
- Flax seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids,
lignans and fiber.
Tip:
- Serve and consume immediately to enjoy the most nutrition.
Home Made Bean Face scrub

Ingredients:
- 25g adzuki beans
- 30g water
- Essential oil (optional)
Method:
- Place beans into a bowl and blend with a mix master for a couple of minutes.
- Add water and essential oils and mix again for about 30 seconds.
- Apply mixture with wet hands and scrub gently into skin.
Home Made Face Mask

Ingredients:
- 50g fresh Apricot flesh
- 30g Olive Oil
Method:
- Blend Apricot flesh till mushy.
- Move Apricot to a saucepan, add Olive Oil and warm for a few minutes.
- Stir, allow to cool and apply to the face (taking care to avoid eyes).
- Rinse off with a damp cloth.
