Healthy Breakfast Shake

Combine the following ingredients into a blender:

  • 1 cup Rice or Soy Milk
  • 1 scoop Juice Plus+ Complete
  • 1 Tablespoon Brewer's yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon Golden organic Flax seeds

(grind them in a grinder or high powered blender)

  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen berries
  • 1/2 cup water

Note:

  • Brewer's Yeast is one of the best sources of

B complex vitamins (great for stress).
Ensure you use Brewer's Yeast (not Nutritional Yeast)

  • Flax seeds are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids,

lignans and fiber.

  • Serve and consume immediately to enjoy the most nutrition.



Home Made Bean Face scrub

Natural beauty

Ingredients:

  • 25g adzuki beans
  • 30g water
  • Essential oil (optional)

Method:

  • Place beans into a bowl and blend with a mix master for a couple of minutes.
  • Add water and essential oils and mix again for about 30 seconds.
  • Apply mixture with wet hands and scrub gently into skin.



Home Made Face Mask

Great skin

Ingredients:

  • 50g fresh Apricot flesh
  • 30g Olive Oil

Method:

  • Blend Apricot flesh till mushy.
  • Move Apricot to a saucepan, add Olive Oil and warm for a few minutes.
  • Stir, allow to cool and apply to the face (taking care to avoid eyes).
  • Rinse off with a damp cloth.
