Good fats

In the 1980's we heard a lot about reducing your fat intake for a healthier slimmer body.

There was a lot of education on the difference between the bad fats, the saturated fats found mostly in animal products & fried foods and the unsaturated fats found in plants.

With ongoing study what has been found is that the ratio amongst the good fats, the omega 3 to the omega 6 is important.

In modern society we eat too many omega 6 s through our consumption of fried and baked goods.
