At HYH we offer a range of group exercise programs including: outdoor boot camps, fitness boxing, yoga and meditation classes.

Punches and Crunches
Punches and Crunches is our boxing program which is a style of training that adopts skills and drills from boxing and body weight strength work like push ups, dips and squats for muscle strength and toning.
And you can't forget the abdominal work! Lots of tummy toning to get you in shape.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a basic training type of program. We incorporate team building with fitness and fun.
There is cardiovascular training, strength and abdominal work and all wrapped up with some team challenges.
Yoga
Yoga is the union of body and mind, and is a great way to counteract stress and tension.
The yoga practice can sculpt your body, improve your flexibility and help you connect to life on a deeper level.
Meditaion
Meditation is referred to as restful awareness. It rejuvenates the body and the mind.
There are many psychological and physiological benefits of meditation including a calm mind and peaceful awareness.
